About Nelliah Bitengo: Nelliah was left without care after her father passed away in July 2016 and her mother remarried, leaving her with no family support. For a time, neighbors stepped in to help, but she was eventually welcomed into RHOC’s home-based care program. Now in sixth grade, Nelliah is thriving—excelling in her studies and showing a deep interest in learning about God and the Bible.
